Process For Our Business Logo Design Services

Redlogic wants our client’s final logo design to suit the needs of their business. We feel the initial accumulation of information from the client is the most important step, either by a face to face interview or a questionnaire.

Step 1: Design Brief

We conduct a questionnaire or interview with the client to get as much information about their expectations, needs and wants.

Step 2: Research

We then conduct our own research focused on the industry itself, on its history, and on its competitors.

Step 3: Reference & Inspiration

Our designers research logo designs that have been successful and current styles and trends that may be related to the design brief. This is where we search for techniques and inspiration on similar business and critique each one.

Step 4: Sketching & Conceptualization

Here we get into developing the logo design concept(s) around the brief and research.

Step 5: Reflection

Here our designers take breaks (yes, we allow our designers to relax) and talk to others around the office. This lets our ideas mature and helps us get renewed enthusiasm, insight and opportunity. We receive feedback at this stage before we go back to the drawing board.

Step 6: Presentation

We get together at this stage with the design team to present only a select few logos to the client in black and white format. We narrow it down and present only the best to our client.

Step 7: Revisions/Colors

We will allow up to 3 revisions to any chosen logo. At this time we will develop the color versions and present them back to the client.

Step : Celebration

High fives, eat chocolate and ice cream, leave work early, sleep and start on next logo design….in that order!
